I Am Not a Fortune Teller - Here's What I Actually Do

Somewhere along the way, intuitive work got boxed into a stereotype: a mysterious person “predicting the future” with dramatic certainty.
So let me say this clearly and kindly:
I am not a fortune teller. And honestly? That’s a good thing for you.
If you’ve ever worried that getting a reading means handing over your power, or that one session will “lock” you into a single outcome—take a deep breath. That’s not how I work, and it’s not how life works.
What I offer is something much more grounded, supportive, and empowering.
Fortune telling says: “This will happen.”
Real intuitive work says: “Here’s what’s present, what’s influencing things, and what you can do with it.”
A fortune teller approach can sound like:
“You’ll meet the love of your life in March.”
“You’ll get that job.”
“This relationship is doomed.”
“This is your fate.”
But life isn’t a fixed script.
We have choices. We have timing. We have free will. Other people have free will. And energy shifts—sometimes quickly—when we become aware, take action, heal, or simply choose differently.
My work isn’t about delivering a dramatic prediction. It’s about helping you see what’s true right now—and what’s trying to become true—so you can move forward with clarity.
What a reading is really for
A high-integrity intuitive reading is best used as a tool for:
clarity when you’re stuck in indecision
validation when your inner knowing is whispering (or shouting)
direction when you’re at a crossroads
insight into patterns, blocks, and emotional undercurrents
comfort and connection when you’re longing for reassurance or healing
In other words, a reading isn’t meant to replace your inner authority.
It’s meant to strengthen it.
The future isn’t “told” — it’s shaped
When you ask about the future, I don’t see it as one guaranteed event that must happen.
I see the future more like:
a set of probable paths
influenced by your choices, mindset, healing, boundaries, and timing
affected by what you nurture and what you ignore
A reading can reveal:
what path you’re currently on
where that path often leads if nothing changes
what may help you shift toward a better outcome
what you might not be seeing clearly on your own
That’s not fortune telling.
That’s guidance.
What I will never do
I will never:
remove your free will by claiming certainty about your life
pressure you into fear-based decisions
tell you you’re “cursed,” doomed, or powerless
make you dependent on readings to feel okay
treat your life like entertainment
My work is here to support your wellbeing, your healing, and your growth—whether you’re coming to me for intuitive work, Reiki, or integrative body care.
What I will do
I will:
hold space with warmth, honesty, and respect
share what I’m receiving in a grounded, ethical way
help you identify what’s influencing your situation
offer practical ways to integrate what comes through
remind you that you are the one in charge of your life
Sometimes the most powerful message isn’t “Here’s what will happen.”
It’s:
“Here’s what you already know.”
“Here’s what needs your attention.”
“Here’s where you’re giving your power away.”
“Here’s what wants to heal.”
“Here’s the next step.”
If you’re looking for certainty, here’s the truth
If you’re hoping a reading will guarantee an outcome, I understand why. Life can feel tender, uncertain, and heavy sometimes.
But certainty isn’t always the medicine.
Sometimes the medicine is:
clarity
truth
self-trust
emotional safety
and a path forward that actually fits you
That’s what I’m here for.
A gentle invitation
If you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure what your next step is, a reading can help you come home to yourself.
Not by “telling your fortune”…
…but by helping you reconnect with your inner compass—so you can choose your path with confidence.
You don’t need a fortune teller. You need support, clarity, and connection.
And that’s exactly what I offer.
